- Instant blocking — sites are stopped before they even load. No more flash of the page before the pause appears.
- Popup quick controls — click the extension icon to check today’s stats, add or remove the current site, and pause blocking.
- Pause mode — take a break from prompts for 15 min or 1 hour. Resumes on its own.
- Session countdown [Pro] — set a time limit before you visit a site. A bar at the top shows how much time is left.
- Auto-close tab [Pro] — when your time is up, the tab closes itself after a 10-second warning. You can always click “Keep open.”
- Adjust session length on the prompt — use + / − to pick how long you want the session to last, right before you continue.
- Daily question rotation — a different mindful question each day so it never feels stale.

Bug Fixes
- “Continue” did nothing — fixed a bug where clicking Continue sometimes had no effect.

- Added sites didn’t appear — custom sites added on the welcome page now show up immediately.
- Blocking stopped after restart — blocking now reliably resumes after restarting the browser.
